Q. Is there a fee involved in finding a position?
A. No, there is no fee to the applicant. Your rate is negotiated with "SuperTSI" at the start of each contract.

Q. Does SuperTSI place only contractors?
A. No. SuperTSI specializes in all types of placements, viz., Contract, Contract to Hire, and Permanent Full Time Employment (FTE) Solutions as well.

Q. What happens to my resume once I submit it to SuperTSI?
A. If you match one of our open positions, a Technical Recruiter will contact you to schedule an interview to review your background and job search criteria. A marketing plan will be customized to meet your specific needs.

Q. Will my resume be sent out to potential companies without my knowledge?
A. Never. Your resume will not be distributed anywhere without your prior consent. Your Technical Recruiter will discuss the job description, location, work environment and any applicable information with you before sending your resume to any of our Client Companies.

Q. How long is the average contract assignment?
A. Lengths of assignment will vary based on the Client's needs and/or internal requirements. Most contracts last approximately six months, but are generally no less than three months and can go as long as three years or more.

Q. Does "SuperTSI" offer benefits to contractors?
A. Yes. Benefits are offered for full time permanent(FTE) positions.

Q. I am an independent consultant, why should I use SuperTSI?
A. SuperTSI may not only save you time searching for next contract; we may also save you money. We will be able to provide more opportunities for you than if you were to look on your own independently. Secondly, in today’s market, most clients will not work directly with Independent Contractors anymore because of tax and co-employment liability. SuperTSI will assume this risk and manage the marketing of you to the Client Companies.

Q. My contract is ending and I need to start looking for another. Who do I contact?
A. Once your project has a confirmed end date, you are requested to send your updated resume to your concerned relationship manager at SuperTSI. The SuperTSI Team is dedicated to begin the marketing plan for your next great opportunity while you are busy wrapping up your current assignment.
